Webcast Welcome Series

2022

 There was a need for a video loop that could include more promoted content while viewers waited for the webcast to start. Traditionally, a static PowerPoint cover slide welcomed viewers, sometimes with a blurb promoting a recent publication or event.

Initially, the team planned to use a stock After Effects template, but I offered to create an original animation that could highlight specific features of the On24 platform we used.

The approach was a hit with internal stakeholders and caught the attention of our parent company, which requested the working files for their own webcast experience. This small shift made a big impression and set a new standard for viewer engagement.
